Welcome back to The Bridge AI Newsletter!

This week I want to talk about pace. Specifically, the pace at which AI tools are changing and what it means if you're not paying attention. Because what Anthropic just did in only 52 days is unlike anything I've seen in tech. And it matters for your business more than you think.

This week: why Anthropic's shipping pace should change how you think about AI, what it means for businesses of all sizes, and a leaked model that signals even bigger changes are coming.

THE DEEP DIVE
Anthropic Shipped 60+ Features in 52 Days. Most People Caught Maybe One.

Look at this calendar.

That's every product release from the Claude team between February 1st and March 24th. Over 60 features in 52 days. Most people caught maybe one of them.

I'm not sharing this to be an Anthropic fanboy. I'm sharing it because this is the company whose tools Bridge AI builds on every single day for our clients. And when I say the AI space moves fast, I don't mean it in the abstract "things are changing" kind of way. I mean the tools your business could be using today are fundamentally different from the ones that existed two months ago.

Here are the ones that actually matter for small and mid-size businesses:

Computer Use launched on March 23rd. Claude can now open apps, click buttons, and complete tasks on your Mac. Think about that. An AI that doesn't just answer questions but actually does work on your computer. We've already started testing this with clients.

Scheduled Tasks in Cowork dropped on February 25th. You can now set up recurring AI workflows that run on a schedule. Imagine waking up Monday morning to a weekly report already drafted, a competitor analysis already pulled, or your social media comments already written. That's not hypothetical. That's what we set up this week.

Sonnet 4.6 launched on February 17th with a 1 million token context window. That means Claude can now read and reason over roughly 750,000 words at once. For context, the entire Harry Potter series is about 1.1 million words. You can feed it an entire quarter's worth of reports and get a coherent analysis back.

Claude Code usage grew 300% since the Claude 4 models launched. Developers are writing software with AI at a pace that would have sounded absurd 12 months ago.

Meanwhile, Anthropic as a company has been making just as much noise. Claude's paid subscribers more than doubled this year. They're reportedly eyeing an IPO as early as October. They told the Department of Defense they would not allow their AI to be used for lethal operations or mass surveillance. And they ran Super Bowl ads making fun of ChatGPT for showing ads to its users. The takeaway here isn't just that Anthropic is having a moment. It's that the company building the tools your business will eventually depend on is moving faster than almost anyone realizes. And if you're not keeping up with what's possible, the gap between you and the businesses that are will only get wider.

If you've been waiting for the "right time" to start using AI in your business, I'd gently suggest that the right time was about 52 days ago. The next best time is today.

And if you want help figuring out where to start, that's our thing at Bridge AI.

FROM THE FIELD
30+ Hours of Work, Cut to Under 5

Here's a real use case from a client we're working with right now.

Every week, this company builds a detailed PowerPoint deck for each of their clients. The process: take a spreadsheet of weekly performance data, translate it into a specifically stylized presentation with charts and key takeaways. Per client, that takes about two hours of manual work. Say you have 15 clients. Do the math. That's roughly 30 hours a week spent building slide decks.

We worked collaboratively with them to build a Claude skill that reads the spreadsheet, generates the full presentation in their exact style, and surfaces the key takeaways. The whole thing runs in under 2 minutes per client.

An employee still reviews each deck. That takes about 15 minutes (conservatively). So, the real number: under 20 minutes per client, instead of two hours. Across 15 clients, that's under 5 hours of work instead of over 30.

Same quality. Same style. Same deliverable. Just 25+ hours of someone's week given back to them. That person is doing strategy work now instead of dragging chart objects around a slide.

AI NEWS WORTH YOUR TIME
Three Stories From This Week

CEOs are doubling AI budgets in 2026. And 72% say they're the main decision maker on AI.

BCG's annual AI Radar survey of 2,360 executives found that companies plan to double their AI spending this year, allocating about 1.7% of revenues to AI. Nearly three-quarters of CEOs now say they personally own AI decisions at their company. That's twice last year's number. And half of them believe their job is on the line if AI doesn't pay off.

My take: this is exactly the shift Bridge AI was built for. The CEO who just became their company's de facto Chief AI Officer doesn't need another software subscription. They need a team. Someone who can sit down with them, understand their workflows, and build something real. If that's you, reply to this email.

Anthropic accidentally leaked their next model. It's called Mythos. And it should make you pay attention.

Fortune reported that a draft blog post was found in an unsecured data store describing a new model called Claude Mythos. Anthropic confirmed it's real and called it "the most capable we've built to date." The post described it as a "step change" in AI performance and flagged unprecedented cybersecurity risks. They've already started testing it with early access customers.

My take: this is why we keep telling clients to start now. Not because today's tools are the finish line, but because they're the baseline. What's coming next will make today look simple. The businesses that are already fluent in AI will absorb these upgrades naturally. The ones still on the sidelines will fall further behind. Stay prepared for big changes. Again.

AI just scored 0.37% on a test humans pass 100% of the time.

ARC-AGI-3 is a new AI benchmark that launched this week. Unlike older tests where AI could memorize and brute force its way to a good score, this one requires agents to explore unfamiliar environments, figure out the rules on their own, and adapt in real time. Humans pass every challenge. The best AI models on the planet scored under 1%. Google's Gemini led at 0.37%. OpenAI's GPT-5.4 hit 0.26%. Claude scored 0.25%.

My take: this is a healthy reminder. AI is incredibly powerful for the right tasks. But it's not magic. The businesses that understand what AI is actually good at (and what it isn't) are the ones getting real value from it right now. That's exactly the conversation we have with every client at Bridge AI. Start with what the tool can do well today. Don't wait for it to do everything.

That's it for this week.

If you found this useful, forward it to someone who's still wondering whether AI is "ready" for their business. It's been ready. The tools are just getting better every 52 days.

And if you want to talk about what AI could actually do for your business, not in theory, but in your workflows, with your team, on your timeline, just reply to this email. That's what we're here for.
