How hiring works

    A few written answers, your resume and a short video. It takes about an hour. If you found us on LinkedIn, this form is still the part we review.

  2. 02

    We read everything

    Every complete application gets read in full. Incomplete ones aren't reviewed, so finish the form.

  3. 03

    First conversation

    A call with Dean or Tim about your answers and what you want to build.

  4. 04

    A mock client call

    You run a short session with us playing the client. It's the job in miniature, and it tells both sides a lot.

Questions

Before you apply

Is it remote?

Yes. Fully remote and US-based today. We may open an office in the next year, but it won't be required.

Do you sponsor visas?

We're open to sponsoring a visa for the right person. Tell us what you need on the application.

Can I use AI on my application?

Yes, it's the job. Just tell us how you used it, and if a question asks you to answer without AI, please do.

Why a video?

Most of this work is teaching people. A few minutes of you explaining something tells us more than any resume line.

I applied on LinkedIn. Do I still need this?

Yes. LinkedIn Easy Apply is fine to do, but we only review applications that come through this form.
