Most small businesses know they should be doing something with AI. Almost none of them know what.
That's the job. Find the painful part of how a business runs, build something with AI that fixes it, and teach the people there to own it. Claude is our main focus, but we use other tools too when they're the right fit.
We went from one client in February to about 20 today, across wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits and more, almost all from referrals and relationships. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing on purpose with people who are really good.
What you'd own
- A set of client relationships, start to finish. Discovery, the build, the training, the renewal
- New business from your world. If RIAs, CPAs, property managers, builders or schools would take your call, that's worth a lot here
- Part of the playbook. There isn't one yet, and you'd help write it
You're the person if
- You've built something with AI that nobody asked you to build, and you can show it
- You've owned a client relationship and people trust you with their problems
- You can explain it to your grandparents and to an engineer, back to back
- You'd leave a good job to build something, and you'd be right to

Pay
$75,000 to $100,000 base, depending on experience. Real upside if you bring in new work, equity on the table for the right person, and an early seat at a startup that's growing fast.
