We're Bridge AI Consulting. We go inside small and mid-size businesses and become their AI team. We learn how the work actually gets done, build what makes sense, and then sit with each person until they can do it themselves. Claude is our main focus, but we use other AI tools too when they're the right fit.
We started with one client in February. We have about 20 now, across wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits and more. We need more people who can do what we do.
What you'd do
You'll work on real client engagements from day one. Learning how a business runs, building in Claude (projects, skills, connectors), and running one-on-one trainings so people actually use what we build. As you grow, you'll own clients of your own.
You're probably a fit if
- You use AI for real work every day, especially Claude, and you'd be better at it than anyone at the client
- You can explain a hard thing simply without making anyone feel dumb
- You get things done without being told how
- You're early in your career and want to learn faster than you would anywhere else

Pay
$60,000 to $75,000 base, depending on experience. Real upside if you help bring in new work, and a shot at equity down the road as we grow.
